|RECOMMENDED INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING - GOOD PEOPLE WITH GOOD ROUTES. (Moving to a higher, bigger
building just around the corner in the fall 2012.) - At Gravity, they keep the challenge going and change routes
every 3 months.
|Look at some examples of historical rules older people should not do;
• drive sports cars,
• wear clothing designed for young people,
• participate in dangerous sports,
• change jobs too often,
• shovel snow or perform heavy labour.
If you want to play a sport, shovel snow or perform heavy labour, then do it. As stated before, take a
calculated risk and plan for an action or activity. Bear in mind that if you have spent the last 5 years sitting on
the couch, doing activities will be hard at first. Every action you take to reach your goal will bring the reality of
that goal closer. If you have worked hard to get in shape and want to wear form fitting clothing, do it. Do
not buy into the fear that you might embarrass yourself, family or friends. The people who care about you will
stand behind you. Your age does not define what you can and cannot do. Your actions define what you are
capable of doing. There are no limits to what you can accomplish.
